Once the full project team has met, you’ll receive more detailed budget information from Lane Home Design, your architect, and your builder—ensuring every decision supports the results you want to achieve.

The timeline for the design process depends on the type of project and the scope of work. We begin with a Discovery Call to discuss your vision, goals, and overall direction. From there, an In-Home Consultation allows us to refine the scope, outline your priorities, and identify where to focus your investment for the greatest impact. You’ll receive a tailored consultation report to guide the next steps.

If you choose to move forward, we enter the Design Planning Phase. This includes on-site planning, preliminary drawings, collaboration with contractors and trades, and a comprehensive budget for labor, fixtures, and finishes.
